DTF Transfers in Vancouver — Printed in Ontario, Delivered in 4–5 business days

Ground from Ontario reaches Vancouver in about four to five business days, so this is not the page to read if you need shirts on Friday. It is the page to read if you want no minimum order, a price you can see before you pay, and a domestic shipment with no customs step — and you are willing to order a week out.

Delivery to Vancouver

How your order gets there.

Tracked ground shipping from Ontario, typically four to five business days from the ship date. Add one business day for printing if you order before 2 PM ET. Because it is a domestic shipment there is no border, no broker and no duty — which is the difference between a predictable five days and an unpredictable two weeks from a US supplier.

Printing is the fixed part and it is ours. Transit is the carrier's — 4–5 business days is typical to Vancouver, not a guarantee.

Shipping is a flat $9.99 and free once your pre-tax subtotal is over $275. Transit times are estimates from our Ontario facility rather than guarantees — if you have a fixed date, build in a buffer day. Shipping times across Canada →

Who we print for in Vancouver

The orders that come out of this market.

Film and television production

Crew shirts, department tees and wrap gifts. Production counts are never round numbers and they change mid-shoot, which is precisely the case that breaks a minimum-order supplier. Print-ahead also works well here: order a stock of transfers early in the shoot and press as the department list grows.

Outdoor and lifestyle brands

Small-batch merch on technical and performance fabric, where DTF works and direct-to-garment printing does not. Testing a design on ten pieces before committing to two hundred is a normal order here.

Hospitality, cafés and breweries

Staff apparel and retail merch in genuinely small runs, reordered when something sells through.

Running, cycling and outdoor clubs

Club and event apparel on performance fabric with fixed race dates — the kind of order where ordering two weeks early costs nothing and solves everything.

Timing

Outdoor season runs April to October — order two weeks out

Vancouver's event, race and outdoor merch calendar concentrates between spring and early autumn, and almost all of it is on performance fabric. The practical implication of four-to-five-day transit is simple: build a two-week lead into anything with a fixed date. Because our rate does not change with quantity, ordering extra stock early costs nothing but shelf space, and a transfer keeps indefinitely if stored flat and out of sunlight.

Why an Ontario printer

What Vancouver businesses get out of it.

We are not going to pretend to be a local Vancouver printer — a local shop will beat us on speed every time, and if you need something tomorrow you should use one. What an Ontario printer offers is a different set of trade-offs: no minimum order, transparent per-square-inch pricing with the total shown before you pay, and a genuinely domestic shipment. Compared with the US suppliers that dominate a lot of Canadian search results, that last point removes customs, duty, brokerage and currency conversion from the equation entirely.

Looking for DTF printing near you?

Where we fit in Vancouver.

Searching for DTF printing near you in Vancouver will mostly return Lower Mainland shops, and for a same-week deadline one of those is the right answer. We are worth considering when you want no minimum, published pricing and a Canadian supplier, and you can plan about a week ahead.

Pressing

A note on the garments you are likely pressing.

A lot of what gets pressed in this market is polyester or a technical blend. Press synthetics at 270–285°F for 8–10 seconds, and watch for dye migration when printing light designs on dark performance fabric.

FAQ

Questions from Vancouver customers

How long does shipping to Vancouver really take?
About four to five business days in transit from the ship date, plus one business day for printing if you order before 2 PM ET. We would rather tell you that plainly than quote you a number we cannot hit — for a fixed date, order roughly two weeks out.
Do you print on technical and performance fabric?
Yes. Performance fabric is normally polyester, so it presses at 270–285°F for 8–10 seconds. Test one garment first with technical blends — they vary far more than cotton does.
Why order from Ontario rather than a US supplier?
A US shipment crosses a border: customs, possible duty, brokerage fees and a transit window nobody can predict. Ours is a domestic shipment priced in Canadian dollars, with tracking and no customs step. The transit is longer than a local Vancouver shop and shorter and far more predictable than most cross-border orders.
Can I order transfers ahead and press them later?
Yes, and out here it is the smart way to buy. Transfers store flat indefinitely at room temperature, away from sunlight. Order your proven designs in a batch and press to order — which also removes the transit time from your customer-facing lead time entirely.
