- Our production is in Ontario, which is why province-wide delivery is quick — an Ontario order is a same-province ground shipment with no border and no customs step.
- Do you deliver outside the cities listed here?
- Yes, anywhere in Ontario. These pages exist because they are the markets we are asked about most, not because they are the only places we ship. Smaller and more remote communities may add a transit day.
- Can I pick up my order?
- Contact us before assuming pickup is available — it depends on timing and what you have ordered. We would rather answer honestly than have you drive out for nothing.
