DTF Ink

Water-based pigment ink built for DTF: a dense, high-opacity white underbase and four process colours that stay bright through the cure. White is the ink you burn through — most shops run roughly twice as much of it as any single colour.

PET film in cold peel and hot peel, rolls and sheets

Transfer Film

Double-sided matte PET that releases clean and holds powder evenly. Cold peel gives the softest hand and the most forgiving peel window; hot peel is faster on a busy press. Rolls feed a 30 cm or 60 cm printer; sheets suit desktop and short runs.

Heat Presses

The press decides whether a transfer lasts fifty washes or five. What matters is flat, even pressure and a platen that actually holds the temperature it displays across the whole surface — which is where cheap presses quietly fail.

FAQ

Supplies questions

How much white ink will I actually use?
Close to half of everything you buy. A normal DTF job lays a full white underbase under every colour, so white runs roughly twice as fast as any single process colour. Plan your reorder around white and top the colours up as needed — that is why we sell white in a 5 L jug.
Cold peel or hot peel — which should I run?
Cold peel unless volume is forcing your hand. It gives the softest hand and a peel window you can walk away from. Hot peel saves a few seconds per garment, which starts to matter over about a hundred pieces a day, but it punishes you if you get distracted mid-run.
Fine or medium powder?
Fine for anything with small text or detail — it follows the edge of the artwork instead of building a rim around it. Medium for solid blocks and for workwear that will be washed hard, where the thicker adhesive film survives longer.
Do I need black powder?
Only for dark garments. On a black hoodie, stray white adhesive around the edge of a print catches the light and reads as a halo; black powder just disappears. Most shops keep a small bag beside the shaker and swap it in for dark runs.
Are your print heads genuine Epson?
Yes — sealed factory packaging with the manufacture date visible on the box. A head is a consumable with a shelf life, so a cheap one that has sat dry in a warehouse for two years is not a saving. Note that DTF needs the A1 (water-based) variant; the U1 and E1 are not interchangeable regardless of what a marketplace listing says.
How does shipping work on a printer or a heat press?
Hardware moves on a pallet, so we never guess at it. Order it as normal, and we quote the freight to your postal code and confirm the cost with you before anything ships. Consumables ship as ordinary parcels on our normal flat rate; over-weight items like a 5 L jug or a 20 kg sack of powder add a small handling charge at checkout.
Can I get wholesale pricing?
Yes, if you are buying regularly or reselling. We set a percentage off list on your account and it applies automatically everywhere you see a price — no codes, no minimum per order. Ask us to set yours up.
Do you still print transfers, or is this instead of that?
Both. Printing transfers is the main business and always will be. Supplies exist because a lot of our customers eventually buy their own machine, and it made no sense for them to have to go somewhere else for the ink.

Not sure what your machine takes?

Tell us the printer and the head and we will tell you exactly which ink, film and powder to run — and what it costs a sheet.
