Production time plus transit time.
Production is predictable and it is ours to control. Order before 2 PM ET on a business day and your transfers print that afternoon and are handed to the carrier the next morning. Order after the cut-off and everything shifts one business day.
Transit is the carrier's. We can tell you what is typical from Ontario, but weather, volume and the destination address all move it. Anyone quoting you a guaranteed door date on standard ground shipping is guessing.

These are planning estimates, not guarantees. If you have a fixed date — an event, a market, a customer deadline — build in a buffer day, and order earlier rather than paying for speed later.

Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order regardless of size or destination within Canada, and it becomes free once your items subtotal (before tax) is over $275. The threshold is measured on the pre-tax subtotal, so the figure in your cart is the figure that counts.
If you are close to the threshold and you know you will need more transfers soon, it is worth adding them to the same order rather than paying a second shipping charge next week.
How orders arrive.
Transfers ship flat, interleaved and protected, in packaging sized to the order. Gang sheets go out rolled or flat depending on length. Nothing is folded across a printed area — a crease through a transfer can show after pressing, so we avoid creating one.
When your order arrives, store the transfers flat, out of direct sunlight, at room temperature. They do not have a short shelf life, but heat and sunlight are not good for them, and a stack left on a windowsill for a month is a stack you will regret.

- How long does an order take in total?
- Add printing to transit. Ordered before 2 PM ET on a business day, it prints that afternoon and ships the next morning — so total time is one business day plus the transit time to your province.
- How much is shipping?
- A flat $9.99 per order, and free once your pre-tax items subtotal is over $275.
- Do you ship to the United States?
- Yes. US orders go out the same way, though customs adds time that we cannot predict or control. Canadian orders are our home market and are considerably more predictable.
- Is every order tracked?
- Yes. Tracking is issued when the package moves and is visible on your order.
- Can I combine several orders into one shipment?
- Usually, yes. Orders placed on the same day for the same account are normally consolidated into one package with one shipping charge rather than shipping separately.
- What happens on statutory holidays?
- We print on business days. An order placed on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend prints Tuesday and ships Wednesday morning.
- Do you offer pickup?
- Contact us before assuming pickup is available for your order — it depends on timing and what you have ordered. We would rather answer honestly than have you drive out for nothing.
