How your order gets there.
Tracked ground shipping from Ontario, typically four to five business days from the ship date, to residential, commercial and yard addresses across Surrey, Cloverdale and Langley. Add a site contact to the order notes if the delivery address is a yard rather than a building.
Shipping is a flat $9.99 and free once your pre-tax subtotal is over $275. Transit times are estimates from our Ontario facility rather than guarantees — if you have a fixed date, build in a buffer day. Shipping times across Canada →
The orders that come out of this market.
Hi-vis tees, hoodies and work shirts for crews across one of the fastest-growing construction markets in the country. Crews change through a season, so what matters is being able to add four shirts in July at the same rate as the first forty in March.
Seasonal crew apparel ordered in spring and topped up through summer, usually on polyester that survives being worn hard.
Warehouse and driver shirts reordered on staff turnover rather than on any calendar.
Team and league apparel for a very large and very diverse community sports scene, with fixed season dates that reward ordering early.
Construction season, March to November — order in February
Surrey's trades apparel demand starts moving in March and does not really stop until November. Combined with four-to-five-day transit, that makes February the sensible month to place a crew order: you get the shirts before the season starts rather than three weeks into it. Because our rate is identical at any quantity, ordering extra transfers for hires you have not made yet costs nothing but storage.

What Surrey businesses get out of it.
A local Lower Mainland printer will always beat us on speed, and for an emergency that is the right call. What we offer instead suits the way crew apparel is actually bought: no minimum, so a five-shirt top-up is a normal order; published pricing, so you can budget a season in advance; and transfers that store flat, so you can hold stock for new hires and press them the day someone starts.
Where we fit in Surrey.
Searching for DTF printing near you in Surrey returns Lower Mainland shops, and for something needed this week that is the right answer. We are worth a look when you are planning a season rather than a week, and you want no minimums and pricing you can see up front.
The same rate as everywhere else.

A note on the garments you are likely pressing.
Hi-vis and workwear are almost always polyester. Press at 270–285°F for 8–10 seconds, keep the print clear of reflective tape, and check with the garment manufacturer before decorating anything certified flame-resistant — FR garments are certified as complete assemblies.

Questions from Surrey customers
- Realistically, how long does shipping to Surrey take?
- Four to five business days in transit from the ship date, plus a business day for printing. For a crew that starts in March, order in February.
- Can you print workwear for a Surrey construction crew?
- Yes, and it is one of the more common orders from this market. Transfers press onto the polyester hi-vis and work shirts are usually made from at 270–285°F. Keep the print off reflective tape, and confirm with the manufacturer before decorating certified flame-resistant garments.
- Can I add shirts for new crew later in the season?
- Yes, at the same rate. There is no minimum, and your design stays saved in your account so a five-shirt top-up in July is a two-click reorder rather than a new job.
- Can you deliver to a yard or site address?
- Yes. Orders ship tracked to any address. Add a site contact and a rough receiving window to the notes so the carrier attempts delivery when somebody is there.
