How your order gets there.
Tracked ground shipping from Ontario, typically three to four business days from the ship date, plus one business day for printing if you order before 2 PM ET. Deliveries go to corporate offices, industrial yards and residential addresses alike.
Shipping is a flat $9.99 and free once your pre-tax subtotal is over $275. Transit times are estimates from our Ontario facility rather than guarantees — if you have a fixed date, build in a buffer day. Shipping times across Canada →
The orders that come out of this market.
Crew apparel, hi-vis and fleece for field and shop staff. Rosters change, so the useful capability is topping up in small counts rather than the size of the first order.
Company events, charity runs and client apparel, invoiced to a business rather than paid on a card.
Event and retail apparel for July, where the date does not move and mid-season reprints of whatever is selling matter more than the size of the pre-season order.
Five- to thirty-piece crew orders topped up through the construction season.
Stampede in July — order by mid-June
The Calgary Stampede is the single most predictable apparel deadline in the country, and it is also the one people leave latest. Working back from a July start: three to four days transit, one day printing, and a sensible buffer means placing your order by mid-June at the latest. If you are selling merch rather than wearing it, order a modest pre-season run and plan a reprint in the first week — with no minimum, restocking a design that is selling is a normal order.

What Calgary businesses get out of it.
Calgary is close enough to Ontario by ground that the transit rarely decides anything — three to four days fits inside almost any real plan. What does decide things is the absence of a minimum order and pricing you can put into a budget before you commit. For crew apparel that means adding four shirts for new field staff at the same rate as the original forty; for Stampede merch it means restocking a winner rather than eating a bad guess.

A note on the garments you are likely pressing.
Field and industrial apparel is usually polyester or a heavy blend. Press synthetics at 270–285°F for 8–10 seconds, keep prints clear of reflective tape on hi-vis, and check with the garment manufacturer before decorating certified flame-resistant apparel.

Questions from Calgary customers
- When should I order for Stampede?
- By mid-June at the latest. That allows three to four business days of transit, a business day for printing, and enough buffer to reprint if a size sells out. If you are selling merch, plan a first-week reprint rather than trying to guess quantities in May.
- How long does shipping to Calgary take?
- Three to four business days in transit from the ship date, plus one business day for printing if you order before 2 PM ET.
- Can you print for oilfield and industrial crew apparel?
- Yes, on standard polyester workwear at 270–285°F. Keep prints clear of reflective tape on hi-vis. For certified flame-resistant garments, confirm with the manufacturer before decorating — FR apparel is certified as a complete assembly and a transfer can affect that.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. One transfer or a thousand at the same per-square-inch rate, which is what makes topping up a crew order practical.
