Every order, every time.
Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day print that afternoon and ship the next morning. Not “up to” 24 hours, and not a queue position — a printed order.
One transfer costs the same per square inch as a thousand. There is no tier chart to hit and no penalty for a small run.
$0.0249 per square inch, and colour count makes no difference — a photographic design costs the same as a one-colour logo at the same size.
Press, let the film cool for 20–30 seconds, peel, then second-press. No special equipment beyond a heat press.
Add cutting at $0.25 per copy and your transfers arrive cut out and ready to lay down, with no trimming on your end.
Files are stored and printed exactly as you upload them. Nothing is auto-cropped, recoloured or "cleaned up" without you asking for it.
Three steps, no quote form.
- 1Upload your artwork
PNG, JPG or PDF. We check the DPI automatically as it uploads and flag anything that would print soft at the size you have chosen — before it runs, not after.
- 2Set your size and quantity
The price updates live as you type. You see the exact total, including any cutting and shipping, before you pay anything.
- 3We print and ship from Ontario
Same-day printing on anything ordered before 2 PM ET, shipped tracked the next morning. You press; we stay out of the way.
What DTF transfers work on.
DTF is the most fabric-tolerant decoration method in common use, which is the main reason it has replaced vinyl and, for short runs, screen printing. The temperature changes with the fabric — that is the only thing you need to get right.
| Fabric | Press temperature | Time | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cotton | 305–315°F (150–157°C) | 10–15 s | The easiest surface. Pre-press 3–5 s first. |
| Poly-cotton blends | 305–315°F | 10–15 s | Behaves like cotton in most cases. |
| 100% polyester | 270–285°F (132–140°C) | 8–10 s | Watch for dye migration on light prints over dark garments. |
| Performance / activewear | 270–285°F | 8–10 s | Keep the dwell short; test one garment first. |
| Fleece and hoodies | 305–315°F | 10–15 s | Heavier fabric benefits from the longer end of the range. |
| Canvas and tote bags | 305–315°F | 10–15 s | Firm pressure matters more than time here. |
| Hats and curved surfaces | 305–315°F | 10–15 s | Needs a cap press or a small platen to make even contact. |
A laser thermometer is worth the twenty dollars — a lot of press dials read 15–20°F off, and that gap is the difference between a print that lasts and one that lifts. The full pressing guide covers pressure, peeling and the second press in detail.
What it actually costs.
Width × height × $0.0249 per square inch. That is the whole formula. There is no setup fee, no art fee on standard files, and no minimum quantity.
| Placement | Size | Printed area | Price each | × 25 copies |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Left chest logo | 4" × 4" | 16 sq in | $0.40 | $9.96 |
| Sleeve print | 3" × 12" | 36 sq in | $0.90 | $22.41 |
| Youth front | 8" × 10" | 80 sq in | $1.99 | $49.80 |
| Adult front | 10" × 12" | 120 sq in | $2.99 | $74.70 |
| Full front / oversize | 12" × 16" | 192 sq in | $4.78 | $119.52 |
| Full back | 14" × 16" | 224 sq in | $5.58 | $139.44 |
Every figure above is $2.49 per 100 square inches — the same rate whether you order one or a thousand. Optional gang cutting adds $0.25 per copy.
Any size up to 22.75" wide.
You are not buying a fixed sheet size — you are buying the printed area you actually need. Our roll is 22.75 inches wide and effectively unlimited in length, which covers everything from a 3" sleeve hit to a full back print or an all-over design.

Getting a print that lasts.
3–5 seconds, platen closed, no transfer. Dries humidity and flattens seams.
10–15 seconds at 40–60 psi, at the temperature for your fabric.
Wait 20–30 seconds until the film is cool to the touch. Hot-peeling ruins the print.
10–15 seconds under a silicone sheet or parchment. This is the step people skip.
The second press is not optional if you want the print to survive washing. It melts the ink into the fibres, drops the surface sheen to a soft matte, and is the single biggest factor in wash durability. Skipping it — along with under-pressing — accounts for most edges-lifting complaints in the whole category.
Printed in Ontario, delivered across Canada.
Every order ships tracked from our Ontario facility. Because it is a domestic shipment there is no customs process, no duty and no broker — which is where most of the delay comes from when transfers are printed outside Canada. Shipping is a flat $9.99, and free once your pre-tax subtotal is over $275. We ship to the United States too.
Frequently asked questions
- How fast are DTF transfers in Canada?
- Order before 2 PM ET on a business day and we print the same day and ship the next morning. Most Canadian orders arrive within 24–48 hours of shipping, tracked, from our Ontario facility.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. One transfer or a hundred — the same rate per square inch either way. There is no setup fee and no art fee on standard files.
- How much do DTF transfers cost?
- Printed area is charged at $0.0249 per square inch. A 6" × 6" print is 36 square inches, so $0.90. Optional gang cutting adds $0.25 per copy if you want them cut out and ready to press.
- What files do you accept?
- PNG, JPG and PDF. A PNG with a genuinely transparent background at 300 DPI at final print size is the safest option. Files are DPI-checked on upload, so anything that would print soft gets flagged before it runs.
- What can I press DTF transfers on?
- Cotton, poly-cotton blends, 100% polyester, performance fabric, fleece, canvas and most tote bags. Temperatures differ by fabric: 305–315°F on cotton and most blends, 270–285°F on heat-sensitive synthetics.
- Do you ship across Canada?
- Yes — tracked from Ontario, usually 24–48 hours in transit to most of the country, and we ship to the United States as well. Shipping is a flat $9.99, free once your pre-tax subtotal is over $275.
