How your order gets there.
Tracked ground shipping from Ontario, typically three to four business days from the ship date, to industrial yards, offices and residential addresses across Edmonton and the surrounding region. Winter weather can add a day on the prairie leg — build a buffer into anything with a fixed date between December and February.
Shipping is a flat $9.99 and free once your pre-tax subtotal is over $275. Transit times are estimates from our Ontario facility rather than guarantees — if you have a fixed date, build in a buffer day. Shipping times across Canada →
The orders that come out of this market.
Crew apparel, hi-vis and heavyweight fleece for shop and field staff, reordered as rosters change through the year.
Volunteer and staff apparel for one of the busiest summer festival calendars in the country, with fixed dates and last-minute volunteer counts.
Hoodies, fleece and layering pieces that get pressed differently from tees — thicker fabric needs a longer press and re-checked pressure.
Club, residence and league apparel on small budgets and hard deadlines.
Fleece from October, festivals from July
Edmonton has two clear apparel seasons that need different pressing. From October through February almost everything is fleece and hoodies, which take the longer end of the press range and a pressure re-check because the fabric compresses so much more than a tee. From July through August it is festival and event apparel with fixed dates and volunteer counts that firm up late. Winter shipping is the other consideration: add a buffer day between December and February.

What Edmonton businesses get out of it.
At three to four business days Edmonton is well inside a workable planning window, so the real advantages are the ordinary ones: no minimum order, published per-square-inch pricing, and a domestic shipment. For fleece-heavy ordering there is a practical benefit too — you buy the garment you actually want your crew to wear through an Alberta winter, rather than picking from a decorator's blank list.

A note on the garments you are likely pressing.
Fleece and hoodies need the longer end of the range — 12–15 seconds at 305–315°F — and a pressure re-check, because a press set correctly for tees will be under-pressed on heavy fleece. Industrial polyester still presses at 270–285°F for 8–10 seconds.

Questions from Edmonton customers
- Do DTF transfers work on heavy fleece?
- Yes, and fleece is one of the better surfaces for them. Use the longer end of the press range — 12–15 seconds at 305–315°F — and re-check your pressure, because a press set for thin tees will be under-pressed on heavy fleece.
- How does winter affect shipping times to Edmonton?
- Ground is normally three to four business days from the ship date. Between December and February, prairie weather can add a day, so build a buffer into anything with a fixed date rather than planning to the minimum.
- Can you print volunteer shirts for a festival?
- Yes, and there is no minimum, which helps when the volunteer count firms up late. Order the base run early and top up — a reorder of twenty is a normal order at the same rate.
- Can you print on hi-vis and industrial workwear?
- Yes, on standard polyester at 270–285°F, keeping the print clear of reflective tape. For certified flame-resistant garments, check with the manufacturer first — FR apparel is certified as a complete assembly.
