How your order gets there.
Same-province ground shipping, tracked, to industrial units along the QEW and North Service Road as readily as to an office or a home. Add receiving hours to the order notes for a plant or warehouse address.
Shipping is a flat $9.99 and free once your pre-tax subtotal is over $275. Transit times are estimates from our Ontario facility rather than guarantees — if you have a fixed date, build in a buffer day. Shipping times across Canada →
The orders that come out of this market.
Plant-floor shirts and hoodies that go through hot washing, reordered continuously as staff turn over. The design lives in your account, so the reorder in eight months is two clicks rather than a hunt through email.
Warehouse and driver apparel across the QEW corridor — hi-vis tees, polos and fleece for cold storage.
Small crews branding a handful of shirts at a time, where a supplier minimum is the reason the job never gets done.
Staff apparel and small merch drops along Brant Street and the waterfront.
Industrial reorders are steady; retail spikes in summer
Burlington splits neatly. Manufacturing and distribution apparel reorders on a rolling basis with no real season — it follows staff turnover, not the calendar. Retail and hospitality merch concentrates around the summer waterfront and festival season, which means small, fast reorders between June and September when something sells out mid-season.

What Burlington businesses get out of it.
Industrial apparel is a durability problem before it is a price problem. A print that lifts after ten hot washes costs more than it saved. Pressed correctly — firm pressure, cold peel, and a second press under a silicone sheet — DTF holds up through the washing that plant-floor and warehouse shirts actually get. Buying transfers also means you keep using the specific garment your staff already accepted, rather than switching blanks to suit a decorator.

A note on the garments you are likely pressing.
Industrial and warehouse apparel is mostly polyester or a heavy blend. Press at 270–285°F for 8–10 seconds on synthetics, and never skip the second press if the garments will be washed hot.

Questions from Burlington customers
- Will the print survive industrial washing?
- Pressed properly, yes. The details that matter are pressure around 40–60 psi, a genuine cold peel, and a second press for 10–15 seconds under a silicone sheet. Skipping the second press is the most common reason work shirts start lifting at the edges.
- Can you ship to an industrial unit with limited receiving hours?
- Yes. Add the receiving window and a contact name to your order notes and the carrier can be routed accordingly. Orders ship tracked so you can see when the attempt is coming.
- How fast is delivery to Burlington?
- Order before 2 PM ET on a business day and it prints the same afternoon and ships the next morning, typically arriving in one to two business days.
- Do you keep our logo on file for reorders?
- Yes. Your design library is private to your account and a reorder is two clicks — no re-uploading and no re-specifying sizes.
