DTF Transfers in Hamilton — Printed in Ontario, Delivered in 1–2 business days

Hamilton apparel tends to end up on a job site or behind a bar, and both are hard on a print. Transfers print the afternoon you order them and ship the next morning, arriving in one to two business days — and they are built to survive the garments and the washing that go with heavy trades work.

Delivery to Hamilton

How your order gets there.

Ground shipping within Ontario, tracked. Hamilton and the wider Golden Horseshoe are close enough to our facility that transit is rarely the constraint — the constraint is usually how quickly the artwork is finalised.

Printing is the fixed part and it is ours. Transit is the carrier's — 1–2 business days is typical to Hamilton, not a guarantee.

Shipping is a flat $9.99 and free once your pre-tax subtotal is over $275. Transit times are estimates from our Ontario facility rather than guarantees — if you have a fixed date, build in a buffer day. Shipping times across Canada →

Who we print for in Hamilton

The orders that come out of this market.

Construction, steel and heavy industry

Crew shirts, hoodies and hi-vis that go through industrial laundering. Pressed correctly, with a proper second press, DTF holds up through repeated hot washes far better than most people expect from a transfer.

Skilled trades and contractors

Small crews branding trucks-worth of staff — five to thirty shirts, reordered as people join. No minimum means the tenth shirt costs the same per square inch as the first.

Craft breweries and restaurants

Hamilton's brewery and restaurant scene runs small merch drops: a hundred tees for a release, then a different design next season. Full-colour art costs no more than a one-colour design, so there is no reason to simplify the artwork.

Healthcare and education

Department shirts, volunteer tees and campus apparel, usually purchased on an invoice rather than a card.

Timing

Construction season sets the calendar

From April through November the trades apparel orders arrive continuously, and they spike in the first warm week when everyone realises the crew is still in last year's shirts. Ordering crew apparel in February or March avoids that entirely — and gives you time to test a press setting on a spare garment before you commit the whole run.

Why an Ontario printer

What Hamilton businesses get out of it.

For a Hamilton trades business, the value is durability plus the ability to reorder in ones and twos. You buy the garments you already trust — the specific hi-vis or the specific hoodie your crew will actually wear — and we print the graphic that goes on them. Nothing about the order forces you to change suppliers for the blanks.

Looking for DTF printing near you?

Where we fit in Hamilton.

Searching for DTF printing near you in Hamilton brings up a mix of local shops and Ontario printers who ship. We are the second kind. Printing happens in Ontario and your order arrives in one to two business days, which for job-site apparel is usually easier than sending someone to pick it up.

Pressing

A note on the garments you are likely pressing.

Workwear is mostly polyester or a heavy blend. Press synthetics at 270–285°F for 8–10 seconds, pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds first, and always do the second press under a silicone sheet — that step is what makes the difference over an industrial wash cycle.

FAQ

Questions from Hamilton customers

Will DTF transfers survive industrial laundering?
Pressed properly, yes. The details that matter are pressure (40–60 psi), a cold peel, and a second press for 10–15 seconds under a silicone sheet or parchment. Skipping the second press is the most common reason a work shirt starts lifting at the edges after a few hot washes.
Can you press on hi-vis for a Hamilton job site?
Yes, on the polyester hi-vis is normally made from, at 270–285°F. Keep the print off the reflective tape and away from areas the garment's certification needs left clear. For flame-resistant garments, confirm with the manufacturer first — FR apparel is certified as a complete assembly.
How fast can I get transfers to Hamilton?
Order before 2 PM ET on a business day and it prints that afternoon and ships the next morning, typically arriving within one to two business days.
Does full-colour artwork cost more?
No. Pricing is by printed square inch, so colour count makes no difference. A photographic design costs the same as a one-colour logo of the same size.
