DTF Transfers in the Prairies

Central Canada gets better transit from Ontario than most people expect. Winnipeg is two to three business days and Saskatoon and Regina about three — faster than Calgary, and considerably faster than Vancouver.

Where the Prairies sits.

Every order ships tracked from our Ontario facility. The ladder below is ordered by distance, so you can see how the Prairies compares with the rest of the country rather than taking a single number on faith.

Measured from the ship date, which is the morning after printing. Planning estimates, not guarantees — carriers control transit.
Why order from Ontario

The honest case.

Better served than you would guess

The assumption that an Ontario supplier must be slow does not hold here. Two to three days plus same-day printing is a working-week timeline.

Small orders are normal orders

A twenty- or thirty-shirt run sits awkwardly for most suppliers. Here it is the standard order at the standard rate.

Fleece expertise matters in this market

A great deal of prairie apparel is heavy fleece, which needs a longer press and a pressure re-check. Getting that right is most of the durability question.

FAQ

the Prairies questions

How long does shipping to Manitoba or Saskatchewan take?
Two to three business days to Manitoba and about three to Saskatchewan, measured from the ship date, plus one business day for printing. Winter weather can add a day between December and February.
Do transfers work on heavy winter fleece?
Yes. Press for 12–15 seconds at 305–315°F and re-check your pressure — a press set for thin tees will be under-pressed on heavy fleece, and under-pressure is the main cause of edges lifting.
