Pick the right method first.
Choosing a decoration method is a decision about order size, colour count, fabric and deadline — not about which supplier has the nicest website. Get that decision right and the supplier question mostly answers itself.

Fabric compatibility is the decisive difference. Plus colour on darks, cost per unit, hand feel and which suits small runs.
Sublimation cannot print on cotton or on dark garments. That one fact decides most of these comparisons before anything else does.
Every colour in HTV is another layer to cut, weed and align. Where vinyl still wins, and the point at which it stops making sense.
One question settles it — is the thing you are decorating made of fabric? Everything else is detail.

DTF suits small to medium runs, full-colour artwork, mixed garments and short deadlines, and works on almost any fabric including polyester. Screen printing wins on large runs of a single simple design, where the setup cost spreads across hundreds of pieces. DTG gives a very soft hand on cotton but is essentially cotton-only. HTV makes sense for one or two pieces of single-colour text and stops making sense the moment you have colours or volume.
