How your order gets there.
Same-province ground shipping, tracked, covering Woodbridge, Concord, Maple and Thornhill. Deliveries go to yards, unit addresses and job trailers as easily as to an office — put a site contact in the order notes if the address is a construction site rather than a building.
Shipping is a flat $9.99 and free once your pre-tax subtotal is over $275. Transit times are estimates from our Ontario facility rather than guarantees — if you have a fixed date, build in a buffer day. Shipping times across Canada →
The orders that come out of this market.
Framing, mechanical, electrical and finishing crews branding hoodies, hi-vis tees and softshells. Crews change through the season, so the useful feature is not the first order — it is being able to add four shirts in August at the same rate.
Warehouse and driver apparel across the Highway 7 and 400 corridors, usually reordered on a schedule rather than a whim.
Service staff shirts and aprons for venues running events most weekends. Small counts, fast turnaround, and the same design reordered as staff rotate.
Ten-shirt orders that most decorators either decline or price as though they were fifty.
Construction ramps in April, banquets peak May to October
Two different calendars run through Vaughan at once. Trades apparel spikes the first genuinely warm week of spring, when every crew realises they are still in last year's shirts. Venue and banquet apparel runs May through October and reorders mid-season as staff turn over. If you are on either calendar, ordering four to six weeks ahead of your own peak costs nothing — the rate does not change with quantity, so extra stock is just storage.

What Vaughan businesses get out of it.
What a Vaughan crew or venue actually needs is not a decorating package — it is the printed part, on garments you already trust, with the ability to top up in ones and twos. No minimum order and no setup fee means a mid-season addition is a normal order rather than a favour, and your design stays on file so nobody has to find the logo again.

A note on the garments you are likely pressing.
Most trades and service apparel here is polyester or a heavy blend. Press synthetics at 270–285°F for 8–10 seconds, and always second-press under a silicone sheet — that step is what survives a work week.

Questions from Vaughan customers
- Can you deliver to a job site or a yard in Vaughan?
- Yes. Orders ship tracked to any address, including unit numbers, yards and site trailers. Add a site contact and a rough receiving window to the order notes so the carrier attempts delivery when somebody is actually there.
- Can I add a few shirts mid-season for new crew?
- That is the normal case, not the exception. There is no minimum, so four shirts in August costs the same per square inch as forty in April, and your design stays saved so there is nothing to re-upload.
- How fast is delivery to Vaughan?
- Order before 2 PM ET on a business day and it prints that afternoon and ships the next morning, typically arriving within one to two business days.
- Do you print on softshells and jackets?
- Yes, on most of them. Softshells and jackets are usually polyester, so they press at 270–285°F. Panelled and heavily seamed garments need a smaller platen to make even contact — test one before committing a whole crew order.
