How your order gets there.
Tracked ground shipping from Ontario, typically four to five business days from the ship date, to winery, restaurant, business and residential addresses across Kelowna and the Okanagan.
Shipping is a flat $9.99 and free once your pre-tax subtotal is over $275. Transit times are estimates from our Ontario facility rather than guarantees — if you have a fixed date, build in a buffer day. Shipping times across Canada →
The orders that come out of this market.
Staff shirts, aprons and retail merch. Seasonal hiring means the same design is reordered every spring in slightly different sizes — which is a two-click reorder once your design is on file.
Front-of-house and kitchen apparel in small runs, reordered as seasonal staff cycle through.
Guide and crew apparel on performance fabric — worn every day of a short season and washed constantly.
Small merch runs and event apparel with fixed dates through the summer.
Everything hinges on the May-to-October season
Okanagan hospitality staffs up in April and May and runs hard until October. That makes March and April the months to order staff apparel — allowing for four-to-five-day transit and the fact that you will hire more people in June than you planned for in April. The sensible pattern is to order a base run early plus extra transfers held in reserve, since transfers store flat and the rate does not change with quantity.

What Kelowna businesses get out of it.
Seasonal hospitality is the case where holding transfers rather than finished shirts pays off obviously. Order the graphics once, keep them flat in a drawer, and press onto whatever size the person you hired in June actually wears. No minimum means the reserve stock is cheap to hold, and a mid-season reorder of fifteen is an ordinary order.

A note on the garments you are likely pressing.
Tasting-room and guide apparel is often polyester or a poly blend — press at 270–285°F for 8–10 seconds. Aprons are usually cotton or canvas and take the full 305–315°F with firm pressure.

Questions from Kelowna customers
- How long does shipping to the Okanagan take?
- Four to five business days in transit from the ship date, plus one business day for printing if you order before 2 PM ET.
- Can you print winery and tasting-room staff shirts?
- Yes, and it is a common order here. There is no minimum, so a twelve-person tasting room is a normal order, and your design stays saved for next season.
- What is the best way to handle seasonal hiring?
- Order extra transfers with your pre-season run and store them flat. Because the rate does not change with quantity, holding reserve stock costs almost nothing, and you can press onto the right size the day someone starts rather than waiting a week for a shipment.
- Do you print on aprons?
- Yes. Aprons are usually cotton or canvas, which press at 305–315°F with firm pressure. Keep the design clear of pocket seams and ties, which will not press flat.
