Halifax has two peaks that overlap in early September: the tail of the summer visitor season and the start of the university year. For retail, the useful pattern is a modest pre-season order in May followed by reprints of whatever sells — two-to-three-day transit makes that cycle work. For campus orders, place them in July, because the constraint is a student executive agreeing on a design rather than anything to do with printing.
